What’s Multiply?

Multiply enables users to maximize the benefits from all of their online and offline purchases by:

  1. Providing cashback, vouchers, and offers on all spends done via Multiply’s affiliate links.
  2. They suggest appropriate marketplaces to buy a product/service from, and they also provide price comparisons and offer/discount information.
  3. They suggest the most profitable payment method (credit card, debit card, wallet, etc.) for each transaction made to maximize the reward points or cashback you earn.
  4. They provide personalized upgrade/acquisition suggestions for credit cards based on the user’s spending patterns and their reward targets.

The scope of the project

  1. To build a super-app that suggests the best mode of payment for the users.
  2. Ensure that users can capitalize on the maximum benefits and rewards available to them.
  3. Enable users to analyze & manage their credit card expenditures.
  4. Showcase the best marketplaces, brands, and partner merchants with the best rewards in accordance with the user's cards.

Discovery Questionnaire

This helped us understand the business goals and brand identity that they have envisioned regards to the product.

The stakeholders also conducted multiple user interviews and surveys to understand the needs of the users.
